While establishing OpenVPN with TCP/IP over Point-to-Point Protocol Network, the OpenVPN TLS negotiation is failed with 60 sec (Check Network Connection). Whereas, OpenVPN with UDP over Point-to-Point Protocol Network is established successfully.

Point-to-Point Protocol & OpenVPN Conflict
